in and around the bay area 35 in oakland. a few degrees cooler here. 32 in livermore. 30 or so in danville where we saw alex just a few moments ago. nevado checking in about 30, below freezing, at the airport 27 degrees reported there. so we have partly cloudy skies, very cold temperatures this morning, if you are going to get out any time soon be prepared for that winter weather and you have frost which weather as well. you may be scraping the wind shield, just had a light radar. you can see the clouds as they continue to pass through. we have the northerly flow that continues. we have been locked in the pattern for a few days and we will continue this way. here is the ridge of high pressure. you can see how the clouds just scoot right down to california, even bringing us a slight chance for rain at times, few spring manies reported in the delta. we will continue that for today but the rain will stay off the coast. we will be partly cloudy, cool, temperatures in the low 50s for the afternoon. that's a few degrees below what we normally get. we will continue with this dry pattern in the northwes
